Brock Dahl is the author of “Closing the Transition Gap: The Rule of Law Imperative in Stabilization Environments”, the fourth paper in the Kauffman Foundation’s series on Expeditionary Economics. He was a 2010 Arthur C. Helton Fellow with the American Society of International Law, and worked for the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Baghdad, Iraq and on the Afghanistan Interagency Operations Group.
